About Avery 

Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to view my digital portfolio! My name is Avery Callens and I am currently a Junior at the University of North Texas. Writing and public speaking is my passion, so I decided to double major in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. This is in hopes of becoming a broadcaster or political broadcaster in the future. I now have two years of hands-on experience in the field, and I continue to fall in love with the art of storytelling as I further diversify myself. I am currently seeking an internship to further my experience in the world of journalism while I continue my studies.
